Occupational Therapy
Skilled occupational therapists use
goal-directed activities appropriate to age and social situations for
individuals with disabilities or developmental disorders that can interfere
with one’s ability to live a constructive life.
Special Kids
Experienced occupational therapists enable
children, family, and/or pertinent members of the child's environment to
develop adaptive or physical skills that aid in daily living and to improve
interactions with the child’s physical and social world. Therapist’s
tenderly work with children to develop functional skills related to
sensory-motor integration; coordination of movement; fine motor skills; and
self-help skills such as dressing and self-feeding.
