Home Heart Care by ViaLife takes a leadership position among skilled
nursing through extensive patient teaching performed by the
nursing staff.
The most common cardiac diagnoses tended are
congestive heart failure, myocardial infarction, coronary artery bypass
graft and hypertension (acute/unstable), and cerebrovascular accident. The
utmost quality care is provided to patients reducing patient need for
urgent/emergency care. Progress or problems are reported to the MD weekly
via email or fax.
